3. Products and Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and other technical factors. Minor variations between product images and the physical product do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, designs, availability and prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Some products may be made to order or personalised. Where this applies, the relevant product page will provide information about the personalisation options and any specific conditions applicable to that product.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during the purchasing process where required by law.
Shipping costs and, where applicable, customs duties or import charges are not necessarily included in the product price. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract of sale is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and/or the products have been dispatched, as applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- the product being unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or product information error;
- suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Orders will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
For further information, please see our Shipping Policy.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers located in the European Union generally have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.
Certain personalised or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where they are made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
For full information about returns, refunds, withdrawal rights and exceptions, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
9. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
All customers are entitled to the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to their purchase.
If a product is faulty, damaged, defective or does not conform to the contract, please contact us at llimerahouse@gmail.com.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
For more information, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Personalised Products
Where a product is personalised according to information or specifications provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate.
This includes, where applicable, names, dates, text, measurements, colours and other personalised details.
Once production of a personalised product has begun, changes may not be possible.
Personalised products that have been correctly produced according to the customer's specifications cannot generally be returned solely because the customer has changed their mind, where the applicable legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced products.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Llimera House website, including artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Llimera House and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product from Llimera House does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights in the artwork, designs or other creative content.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any artwork, design or other content belonging to Llimera House without prior written permission.
12. Website Use
You agree not to use our website:

13. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services and providers to process payments, manufacture products, fulfil orders, provide shipping services, analyse website usage or provide other services necessary to operate our business.
The use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Where third-party providers process personal data on our behalf, such processing will be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
14. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
We may temporarily suspend access to the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational purposes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Llimera House shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from improper use of the website by the user.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from mandatory consumer protection rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services or legal requirements.
The version applicable to your order will be the version in force at the time your order was placed.
17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable Spanish and European law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
